John Olsh

John Olsh, MS, currently serves as a Field Operations Manager at Verizon since May 2021, previously holding the position of Field Operations Manager in the HoH Corporate Fellowship. Concurrently, John has been a Senior Human Resources Program Manager for the Maryland National Guard since May 2018, overseeing HR support for over 600 employees and conducting analyses to evaluate program performance. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor and Senior Program Manager at the United States Army Special Operations Command, managing training and administrative functions for a NATO detachment, and a Senior Human Resources Officer at U.S. Army Materiel Command, where significant HR process improvements were implemented. John began a career with the Maryland National Guard as Director of Recruiting Operations for officer recruitment, leading a talent acquisition team. John holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Art History from McDaniel College.
