Theresa Mitchell Dudley

Theresa Mitchell Dudley has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Theresa Mitchell began their career as a Teacher in 1997 at PGCPS and subsequently took on the role of President at the Prince George's County Educators' Association in 2015, representing approximately 9,700 certified instructional staff and other professionals. In 2019, they became a member of the NEA Board of Directors, where they acted for the Associations between meetings of the Representative Assembly. Theresa Mitchell also served as Vice President at the Maryland State Education Association starting in 2021. Alongside their professional roles, Theresa has been involved in political work as a member of the Prince George's Democratic Central Committee, representing the 47th District since 2014. Additionally, they had a role in Marketing at Dudley Affairs from 2005 to 2012.

Theresa Mitchell Dudley obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1981 and 1986.
