Jennifer Luling

Jennifer Luling, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Marymount University, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Jennifer was the Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Holy Family University from June 2016 to December 2023, where leadership was provided in strategic planning and the implementation of HR functions, including talent acquisition and employee relations. Prior to that, Jennifer directed HR activities at Pacor, Inc. from June 2008 to June 2016, transforming strategic initiatives into actionable HR plans across multiple sites. Additional experience includes building the HR function for Javers Group and contributing to organizational development at DaVita, Inc. and Health Net, Inc. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Towson University.
