Karen Wills-Henry

Karen Wills-Henry has extensive experience in customer service and support roles within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Patient Care Coordinator at H & W Drug Stores since August 2019, Karen also fulfills the role of Family Support Worker at Mary's Center, a position held since July 2014. Previous experience includes serving as a Skills Instructor/Case Manager and Employment Specialist at OIC/DC from April 2012 to July 2014, as well as a Parent Empowerment Specialist at Multicultural Community Service from December 2007 to May 2011.
