Pam Koehrer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pam started in 2008 at St. Anthony's Medical Center as a Manager, Practice Planning, Management & Development, where they improved financial management and merged accounting processes. Pam then became the Manager, Quality & Performance Improvement, leading Lean Six Sigma workouts and collaborating with IT for EHR upgrades. Later, they became the Medical Practice Administrator, increasing revenue and patient satisfaction through strategic operations.

In 2014, Pam moved to St. Louis Orthopedic Institute as the Manager, Operations & Marketing. Pam optimized processes, revitalized the marketing program, and prepared staff for EHR implementation.

Pam Koehrer has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Lindenwood University. Pam also holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in the School of Journalism. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Risk Adjustment Coder from AAPC in 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from MGMA in 2017, and Certified Medical Practice Executive from the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2010.
