Vijaya Mukati has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR management. VIJAYA is currently working as a Manager - Talent Acquisition at IT Software and Radixweb since 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at MAS Financial Services Limited from December 2018. VIJAYA also worked as an HR Manager at TRIPOLI MANAGEMENT PVT LTD from September 2017. Before that, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Endeavor HR from February 2011. VIJAYA gained experience as an HR Generalist at Electrotherm (India) Limited from August 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Manager at iquest from 2006 to 2009 and as a Recruitment Manager at iquest consultants from 2006 to 2009.
