Andres Felipe Cuero Giraldo began their work experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at GreenSQA in 2011. Their responsibilities included software requirements specification and conducting non-functional tests. Andres Felipe then worked as a Junior Analyst Developer at Innova4J in the same year.
In 2012, Andres joined Servicio occidental de salud (SOS) as an Analyst Developer. Andres Felipe was involved in the development of various software projects and releases, including digital certification and the SGP (sistema general de participación) project. Later that year, they transitioned to a role as a Senior Analyst Developer at Banco de Occidente. Here, they were responsible for ETLs and PL/SQL development, BI analysis, and test management. Andres Felipe accomplished the migration and reengineering of the BI project for the commercial information system.
After their tenure at Banco de Occidente, Andres worked as a Freelance Software Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Andres Felipe then joined MAS Global Consulting in 2019 as a Senior QA Automation Engineer. In this role, they contributed to the development of a global web-based application using Agile/Scrum methodology and the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Andres Felipe Cuero Giraldo began their education journey at the Universidad Santiago de Cali, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería de Sistemas, specifically in Ingeniería informática. It is unknown when they started this program, but they completed it in 2011. Andres Felipe then went on to obtain a Diploma in project management from Lonsdale Institute in 2019.
In terms of further certifications, Andres has achieved the Cambridge Assessment English certification from Cambridge Assessment English in February 2019. In 2016, they obtained the Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Associate certification from Oracle, as well as the 1Z0-051 Oracle Database 11g: SQL Fundamentals I certification, also from Oracle.
Currently, Andres is enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Software Engineering Technology at Centennial College, which began in 2022 and is expected to end in 2023.
