Prashant Oza

Prashant Oza has over 25 years of work experience, starting as a Trainee & Junior Merchandiser at Texport Garments in 1996. Prashant then worked as a Senior Merchandiser at Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd. from 1997 to 2001. Prashant joined Southern Fashions Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager of Merchandising from 2001 to 2003. Prashant then served as a Business Manager for Nike at MAS Holdings from 2003 to 2006.

In 2006, Prashant became the Deputy General Manager of Marketing at Integra Apparel & Textiles Pvt Ltd. Prashant then joined Bannari Amman Apparel Pvt. Ltd. as the Vice President of Marketing & Merchandising from 2008 to 2012.

Prashant returned to MAS Holdings in 2012 and held various roles, including Senior Manager of Business Development for Nike from 2012 to 2015, Deputy General Manager of Business Development for Nike from 2015 to 2016, and General Manager of Business Development for Nike from 2016 to 2018. Prashant was also the General Manager of Nike from 2016 to 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, Prashant served as the Director of Business at MAS Holdings, where they established a new customer vertical and contributed to the company's growth and market expansion. Prashant then became the Director of Product and Design from 2020 to 2022, where they implemented digital processes and led the Sports Bra CoE.

Prashant's most recent role at MAS Holdings is the Head of Business Development, where they cultivated influential relationships, championed a culture of innovation, and spearheaded the development of strategic product offerings aligned with market demands and customer insights.

Prashant Oza has a Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology with a focus on Spinning & Weaving of Cotton and Man Made Fibers from SASMIRA Institute of Man Made Textiles, which was completed from 1992 to 1996. Prashant also holds a Diploma in Product Creation with a specialization in Fashion/Apparel Design from NIKE Inc., which they obtained in 2015. In 2016, they completed a Certificate in Leadership Challenge from MAS Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, in 2018, they participated in a Leadership Development Program (LDP) at the Center for Creative Leadership - CCL. Currently, Prashant is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of West London, which is set to be completed in 2022.
