Alona Stavans

Alona Stavans is the Chief Information & Data Officer at Masa Israel Journey, where Alona leads software projects and technology solutions. Alona manages a global team of Developers, Salesforce implementors, and BI professionals. Prior to this, Alona held various positions at The Jewish Agency for Israel, including Department Director for programs in CIS and Europe. Alona also has experience as a Chief of Staff at the Global RSJ Unit and as a Community Projects Manager in NY, USA. Alona has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Development, and a degree in Business Data Analysis.
