Mikulas Bek

Mikulas Bek serves as the Minister for European Affairs at the Úřad vlády České republiky since December 2021. In academia, Mikulas Bek has been an Associate Professor of Musicology at Masaryk University since September 1999, where Mikulas has also held positions as Rector, Vice-Rector for Strategy and External Relations, and Head of the Department of Musicology. Mikulas Bek earned a PhD in musicology from Charles University between 1987 and 1993 and a Master's degree in musicology from Masaryk University Brno from 1982 to 1986.
