Ilhom Teshabaev

Ilhom Teshabaev is a seasoned professional in project management and business development within the construction and energy sectors, currently serving as the Site Manager at Masdar, overseeing solar power plant construction projects since July 2022. Previously, Ilhom coordinated multiple solar power projects in Uzbekistan as Chief Project Engineer and held the role of Business Manager at Hyundai Engineering & Construction, focusing on expanding business opportunities in the CIS and Russia. With extensive experience at Kubota Corporation managing significant contracts for agricultural projects, as well as roles at Mitsui & Co. and the United Nations Population Fund, Ilhom has a proven track record in finance and procurement, highlighted by successful project management for large-scale initiatives funded by international organizations.
