Jim Gleason is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, operations finance, and consulting roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Sr Manager of FP&A and Operations Finance at Masimo since October 2012, Jim has a proven track record in developing complex financial plans, budgeting, and forecasting, including significant contributions to IT capital expenditures and financial reporting.
