Joe Tristani has an extensive and varied work experience. Joe started their career as a Financial Planning Manager at Texas Instruments in 1992. Joe then moved on to become the Controller at Polk Audio in 1998 before eventually being promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2008. In 2012, they joined the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore. In 2015, they became the Interim CFO of DEI Holdings, Inc., overseeing finance activities for Directed and Sound United. From 2013 to 2017, they held several roles at Sound United, including Vice President of FP&A and Transformation and Chief Operating Officer. Since 2013, they have also served as a Board Member and Treasurer for Forte for Children, a non-profit organization. In 2022, they joined Masimo as the SVP Finance, Consumer. Throughout their career, Joe Tristani has demonstrated expertise in finance, operations, and leadership roles.
