Mike Wayne

Mike Wayne, CPP has over 27 years of experience in payroll and human resources. Mike started their career at Epicor Software in 1994 as a Payroll Manager, where they stayed for 10 years. In 2004, they joined Hoffman Southwest Corporation as a Payroll & Human Resources Manager and remained in this role for 13 years. In 2017, they joined Masimo as a Senior Manager, Payroll and later progressed to Director, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director, HR Operations at Masimo.

Mike Wayne, CPP obtained a Human Resources Management Certificate from UC Irvine between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, between 1985 and 1990, they attended California State University, Northridge, where they focused on Radio/TV/Film studies.
