Sara Ghoudjehbaklou

Sara Ghoudjehbaklou has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Sara currently holds the position of Director, Quality Systems at Masimo since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Regulatory Affairs Program Manager - EU MDR Initiative at Medtronic from 2021 to 2023.

Sara has also worked at Masimo from 2014 to 2021, holding various roles such as Associate Director, Quality Compliance, Manager, Compliance Engineering, and Quality Compliance Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for improving the quality of documentation, managing complaint handling processes, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Before joining Masimo, Sara worked at Medtronic from 2011 to 2014, where they held positions as a Product Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, and Biomedical Engineering Intern. Sara'sresponsibilities included leading CAPA projects, updating manufacturing procedures, providing technical support, and supporting various engineering projects.

Additionally, Sara has an early work experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Greatbatch Medical in 2010 and as a Research Intern at Boston Scientific in 2009.

Sara Ghoudjehbaklou completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 2007 and 2011.
