Sandy Summaria AIC has extensive work experience in the insurance and healthcare staffing industry. Sandy currently works as the Director of Sales & Recruiting for Insurance, Risk & Healthcare Staffing Practice at Masis Professional Group. Prior to this, Sandy held the position of Vice President of Sales and Operations at IOS Staffing Services from 2020 to 2022. Sandy also worked as a Sr. Business Development Consultant and Resource Management Sr. at NTT DATA Services and Dell from 2016 to 2020. Before that, Sandy served as the Vice President of Sales at HCSG, LLC-HealthCare Subrogation Group from 2015 to 2016, where they drove sales of a new AI platform. Sandy also worked as the National Accounts Sales Manager at The Jacobson Group from 2012 to 2015, where they led national account sales and generated new business. Sandy's work experience also includes serving as the Director of Business Development and Branch Manager at IOS Staffing Services from 1996 to 2016, and holding various roles at State Farm from 1986 to 1996, including Claim Manager and Public Affairs Director.

Sandy Summaria AIC obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University. They also completed a program at the Pittsburgh Institute of Insurance (PII) where they received a license in Property, Casualty, Life, Accident and Health insurance, as well as Fixed Annuities. Additionally, Sandy Summaria AIC completed a program at The Institutes where they obtained an Associate in Claims (AIC) certification, as well as certifications in INS and CPCU 2 & 5, all in the field of insurance. They have also earned additional certifications such as Associate in Claims - Management (AIC-M) from the Insurance Institute of America, as well as licenses in various insurance categories from the New Jersey State Department of Banking and Insurance and the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance.
