William Theis

William Theis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. William started their career as a Waitstaff at Pepper's Fine Catering in 2007 and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Summer Employee at SELCO - Shrewsbury Electric and Cable Operations. In 2014, they worked as a Work Study at Merrimack College. In 2015, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Metso.

In 2016, William joined Masis Professional Group as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and held that position until 2018. William then moved up to become a Recruiting Manager, a role they held until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, William served as a Senior Manager in Sales & Recruiting at Masis Professional Group. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Mid-Market Search at the same company. Overall, William has demonstrated growth and expertise in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.
