Scott Simon

Scott Simon has extensive work experience in financial management and leadership roles. Scott is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Mason Dixie Foods since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at Brownie Brittle, LLC from April 2019 to May 2021. Scott also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Eurochem North America, Sales Division from October 2015 to December 2018 and at Ben-Trei, Ltd. from May 2011 to October 2015. Before that, they were the President/CEO at Genisoy Food Company from October 2010 to April 2011. Scott has also worked as the CFO at Genisoy Food Company, Inc. from April 2005 to November 2010. Scott started their career as the Controller at Shadewell Grove Foods from April 2004 to April 2005 and then worked as the Corporate Controller at Nonni's Food Company from June 2001 to March 2004. Prior to that, they served as a Revenue Services Senior Supervisor III at WorldCom from July 2000 to June 2001 and as an Operations Analyst at Golden West Financial from May 1995 to July 2000.

Scott Simon completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting from Creighton University between 1988 and 1992. Scott then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1995 to 2000.
