Ben White

Ben White has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ben began their career at International Paper in 2002 as a Process Engineer. Ben then moved on to CertainTeed Corporation in 2004, where they took on various roles including Production Supervisor, Quality Manager, Performance Improvement Manager, Production Manager, and Regional Manufacturing Manager. In 2019, they joined Masonite® as the Director of Operations, and later transitioned to the role of Director of Integrated Business Planning and Materials in July 2022.

Ben White obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia in 2002. Ben then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Big Data at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Ben received certifications in Global Supply Chain Management from Wharton Executive Education (obtained in 2024), Supply Chain Management Analytics from The Wharton School (obtained in 2023), and Integrated Business Planning from Oliver Wight Americas, Inc. (obtained in 2022). Ben also received a Certificate of Appreciation from Masonite in 2022.
