Dibya Verma

Dibya Verma has extensive experience in a variety of roles within the IT industry. They started their career as a Senior Consultant at Silverline Technologies Ltd in 1997. They then worked as a Senior Developer at Wheels Inc., where they were responsible for generating reports and developing applications. In 2002, they joined Sogeti as an IT Manager, specializing in ERP and DevOps. At Sogeti, they managed, coded, and implemented various systems, including Oracle EBS and Dynamics CRM. In 2013, they moved on to Cornerstone Brands as a Senior Oracle Techno-Functional Manager/Engineer. Here, they managed IT ERP systems and reported directly to the IT director. Dibya then joined GE Aviation as a Senior Manager, where they were responsible for managing and supporting Oracle EBS systems on a global scale. After that, they worked at BIC Graphic North America as a Director of IT, overseeing core ERP, full stack, and DevOps operations. They also served as the VP of IT - Applications and DevOps at Koozie Group. In 2022, they joined Microsoft as a Director - Business Applications, leading strategic partnerships and engagements with clients. Currently, Dibya holds the position of Director of IT at Masonite, where they lead and own the full tech stack for ERPs and spearhead digital transformation initiatives.

Dibya Verma completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1990 and 1994. They later obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from Newport University. In addition, Dibya Verma has obtained several certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
