Paul Anderson has extensive work experience in product management, marketing, and business development. Paul is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Marketing at Masonite since November 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Masonite, including Senior Director of Product Management for Exterior Doors and Glass, Glass Products and Stile and Rail Doors, and Glass Products from 2015 to 2021.
Before joining Masonite, Paul worked at 3M for several years. Paul served as the Global Business Manager for the Industrial Adhesives and Tape Division from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for global marketing, business development, and sales. Paul also held the role of Marketing Development Manager for the Automotive Aftermarket Division and was responsible for brand management and acquisition integration. Additionally, Paul served as a Product Marketing Manager for the Automotive Aftermarket and as a Strategic Business Development Supervisor, where they led cross-functional teams, formulated strategies, and built strategic business plans.
Paul's early career includes an internship as a Strategic Business Development Intern at 3M in 2008 and a role as a Commercial Lines Property Manager at Travelers Insurance from 2004 to 2007.
Paul Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Winona State University in 2003. Paul then pursued an MBA with a focus on Brand Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, graduating in 2009.
