Tonie Lyubelsky

Tonie Lyubelsky, MBA has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources, specifically in compensation and benefits. Currently, Tonie serves as the Global Business Leader and Director of Compensation and Benefits at Masonite™. Prior to this role, Tonie was the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Elkay Manufacturing, where they worked closely with the Human Resources and Global Executive Leadership teams to implement effective total rewards strategies. Tonie is also a former Global Director of Total Rewards & People Operations at Pampered Chef, where they partnered with the Chief People Officer and Global Senior Executive team on various HR initiatives. Tonie has a strong background in compensation consulting, having worked in senior HR compensation consultant roles at The Pampered Chef, PepsiCo (Quaker Oats / Tropicana Division), Empire Home Services, Apropos Technology, Pepsi Bottling Group, and Marconi Communications. In these roles, Tonie specialized in developing compensation strategies, conducting market analysis, and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs. Additionally, Tonie has been an active member of the Chicago Compensation Association. With their MBA and extensive experience, Tonie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current leadership role at Masonite™.

Tonie Lyubelsky obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Communications from Northern Illinois University in 1989. Tonie then completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Organizational Dynamics from DePaul Driehaus College of Business in 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including the Elkay Presentation Badge and the Project Leadership Badge from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2021.
