Masque Sous Chef at Masque Restaurant

Sous Chef Masque has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the world. Sous began their career at the Culinary Institute of America, where they excelled as a student. After graduation, they worked as a stagiere' at The French Laundry and Alinea in Chicago. Sous then moved to Denmark to work at Noma, one of the world's top restaurants. After a brief stint back in India at the Taj Mahal Hotel, they moved to New York to work at The Pierre Hotel. From there, they went on to work at Masque Restaurant and then Taj Lands End. Most recently, they have been working as the Sous Chef at Masque Restaurant.

The Sous Chef has completed a masters degree from the institute of hotel management, gurdaspur. Sous has also completed a masters degree from the culinary institute of america. Additionally, the Sous Chef has also completed a masters degree from cornell university.

Sous Chef reports to Varun Totlani, Masque Executive Chef. They are on a team with and Operations Head - Operations Head Masque.
