Jenna Diorio

Jenna Diorio is a seasoned talent acquisition professional, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team Lead and Senior Talent Sourcing Partner at Mass General Brigham since September 2018. In this role, Jenna employs innovative strategies to attract and source both passive and active candidates, utilizing diverse methods such as resume databases, social media, and networking. Prior to this, Jenna worked as a Talent Sourcing Partner and Recruiting Specialist at Swissport from February 2017 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the onboarding stage. Jenna holds a Master's Degree in Leadership with a Human Resources Management Specialization from Northeastern University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Salem State University (2008-2012).
