David M. has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. David is currently serving as the Chief People and Diversity Officer at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission. Prior to this, they worked for the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development as the Assistant Secretary for Employer Services, where they led the design and implementation of the Recruitment Solutions Initiative. David also served as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Pyramid Hotel Group, the Corporate Director of Human Resources at SCC, and the Director of Client Services, Human Resources at Sepracor Inc. Additionally, they worked as a Principal at Tavernier & Stanley Human Resource Consulting and as the Senior Human Resource Business Director at Sovereign Bank, where they provided strategic support to various departments.

David M. attended Stonehill College from 1976 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Their field of study was Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
