Justin Timothy Connell

Justin Timothy Connell has a strong background in the energy industry with roles in various organizations. Justin Timothy is currently the Director of Energy Markets at Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC) since September 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the Principal of JTC Associates from September 2021 to September 2022. From October 2020 to July 2021, they held the position of senior executive vice president (SEVP), Finance & Risk Officer at Energy New England. Before that, they worked at Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Cooperative, where they held multiple roles including Director of Sustainability & Services from May 2019 to October 2020, Director of Portfolio Management from October 2013 to May 2019, Modeling and Performance Analyst from October 2011 to October 2013, and Lead Systems Engineer from August 2009 to October 2011.
