Judith Pare'

Judith Pare' has extensive experience in the field of nursing education and administration. Judith currently serves as the Director/Division of Nursing Education at the Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA), a role they have held since 2017. Prior to this, they were the Director of Nursing Education, Workforce Quality & Safety at MNA.

In addition to their work at MNA, Judith has held several positions at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Judith served as a Clinical Professor/Program Director for the Accelerated Bachelor's in Nursing Program, Associate Adjunct Professor, and Clinical Associate Lecturer from 2017 to 2023. Judith is currently an Associate Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts-Boston.

Before joining the University of Massachusetts Boston, Judith was the Dean of Nursing and Health Sciences at Becker College. In this role, they were responsible for managing the development and evaluation of curricula, maintaining accreditation standards, and overseeing activities involving community outreach and service learning initiatives. Judith also served as the Dean of the School of Nursing and Behavioral Sciences at Becker College.

Prior to their time at Becker College, Judith worked at Southern New Hampshire University as the Chief Nursing Administrator/Associate Dean of Nursing. Judith oversaw curriculum assessment, development, and evaluation for various nursing programs and maintained accreditation standards. Judith also served as the Graduate Program Director and Director of External Partnerships for Nursing and Health Professions at the university.

Before Southern New Hampshire University, Judith worked as an Assistant Dean/Assistant Professor at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Judith Pare' holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Education from Capella University, which they obtained between the years 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Nursing from Salem State University, from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their degrees, Judith Pare' also holds a certification in Social and Behavioral Research Investigators and Key Personnel, obtained in November 2021 from the CITI Program.
