Jason Lescarbeau's work experience includes:

- Currently working as the Regional Director of Operations at Massage Envy since 2020. In this role, they oversee 7 clinics, provides leadership and mentorship to various personnel, and ensures the seamless operation of the franchise business unit.

- Worked as a Spa Manager at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from 2018 to 2020. In this position, they managed the Spa, Salon, and Fitness departments, handled personnel management, and coordinated group business scheduling.
