Jon Nordby

Jon Nordby is currently the Head of Community & Ecosystem at MassChallenge. Prior to this, they were an Advisory Board Member at Startup Genome from March 2019 to February 2020. Jon also served as the Director of Strategy at Houston Exponential from January 2018 to May 2019.

Nordby co-founded Hirable in June 2015 and served as its Vice President of Talent and Innovation until February 2016. Hirable is a platform that increases employee referrals through paid social job distribution. The technology analyzes job openings and matches those openings to relevant employees and employees with social connections to relevant candidates. Utilizing A.I. and gamification, Hirable is able to reach highly qualified applicants for extremely difficult to fill positions in a matter of days.

Nordby has also served as an advisor for JobMedic from June 2015 to July 2017, and as the Business Development Manager for CareerArc from September 2014 to February 2015.

Jon Nordby has a diploma in automotive repair and technology from UTI and a degree in business administration and management from the University of Houston.
