Zoe Jervier Hewitt

Zoe Jervier Hewitt is an accomplished professional in talent management with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP Talent for Sequoia Capital in Europe since January 2021, Zoe leads talent efforts for the Sequoia Europe portfolio. In addition, Zoe holds roles as Talent Director at Soho House & Co, Advisory Board Member for Code First Girls, and Trustee for Patch, a community-focused space. With a commitment to supporting underrepresented individuals in tech, Zoe is a coach for London Business School alumni and an Alumni Board Member for The Sutton Trust, leveraging personal experience with the organization to promote social mobility. Previous positions include Operating Partner for Talent at EQT Ventures and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Entrepreneur First, where Zoe was instrumental in building the talent function. Zoe's early career includes significant roles at Mind Candy and Apple. Zoe holds a Bachelor's degree in History of Art from the University of Oxford and furthered education at the University of Cambridge.
