Joseph St. Pierre

Joseph St. Pierre is currently the Property Manager at MassDevelopment. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Facilities, Farm, and Grounds at Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School from August 2016 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating daily operations Maintenance and Repairs, as well as overseeing a team of 40 staff members. In this role, they assisted in the operation of the gas facilities and helped to coordinate daily operations Maintenance and Repairs. Joseph also assisted in the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Joseph St. Pierre has a BS in Marine Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Joseph is certified by the U.S. Coast Guard as a First Assistant Engineer, Person In Charge of Dangerous Liquid Transfers, and Person In Charge of Liquified Gas Transfers. Joseph is also certified by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a Universal Recovery Technician, and by the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services as an Engineer 3rd Class. Additionally, they are licensed by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure as a Hoisting Engineer and by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a General Journeyman Electrician (J).
