Kendall M. Cardwell

Kendall joined MassDevelopment in 2012 and serves as a Resident Engineer for various projects. Kendall's role is to coordinate with consultants to compile bid/construction documents for use in the public bidding process. During construction, Kendall serves as the onsite Resident Engineer to oversee construction activities and coordinate with contractors, municipal departments, and utility providers. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Kendall worked as a Project Manager for VHB, a private real estate development, and transportation company. Kendall managed development programs for CVS, Target, and Stop & Shop in addition to working on large mixed-use projects like Assembly Row in Somerville and Cathedral Commons in Washington DC.
