Anne-Elodie Henriquez has extensive experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on design. Anne-Elodie started their career as a Junior Designer at Balenciaga, working on women's defile collections. Anne-Elodie then moved on to Lanvin, where they worked as a Designer for RTW Lanvin Licenses, developing trend books, inspirations, and themes. After Lanvin, they joined Gerard Darel as a Fashion and Textile Print Designer, responsible for creating artworks for prints and textile developments.

In 2015, Anne-Elodie Henriquez joined Massimo Dutti as the Head of the Print Design Department for women's collections. In this role, they were in charge of developing concepts for designs, leading trends, creating mood boards, and liaising with suppliers and factories. Recently, they took on the position of Head of Design for woman capsules in the MENA, ASIA, SEA, and LATAM regions at Massimo Dutti, where they are responsible for developing full range products.
