Natalie Ratledge

HEAD OF Knitwear Design Womenswear at Massimo Dutti

Natalie Ratledge has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Natalie started their career as a Junior Knitwear Designer at Nixe Design Studios in 2001 and worked there until 2005. Natalie then moved on to work as a Knitwear Designer at NIKITA FASHION LIMITED from November 2005 to April 2006. Natalie then joined Massimo Dutti in 2006 as a Senior Knitwear Designer, and they worked there until 2011. Natalie then joined Uterqüe (Inditex) as a Senior Knitwear Designer and worked there for two years, June 2011 to June 2013. Currently, Natalie is working at Massimo Dutti as the Head of Knitwear Design Womenswear, starting from June 2013.

Natalie Ratledge pursued their education at Northampton College from 1997 to 1998, where they obtained a Diploma in Art & Design - Foundation Studies. Following this, they attended the Winchester School of Art from 1998 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion & Textile Design.
