Winnie Shi

Winnie Shi has a strong background in human resources with a focus on the retail industry. Winnie currently holds the position of HR Director at Massimo Dutti, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, Winnie worked at Inditex, where they served as the E-Commerce HR Manager for Inditex China from April 2017 to June 2022. Winnie also held the role of Buying Office Recruitment Manager from May 2014 to April 2017. Winnie began their career at Inditex as a ZARA Store HR Trainee in London, starting in November 2012 and ending in October 2013.

Winnie Shi obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Queen Mary University of London from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Business at Coventry University London from 2010 to 2012.
