Stasha Battye has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Stasha started their career as an IT Manager at PG Bison, where they were involved in a transformation team and played a key role in market surveys, vendor selection, and improving IT processes. Stasha then worked as a Business Analyst at Masstores, where they liaised with development teams, implemented training programs, and contributed to business process re-engineering projects. Stasha later joined Openware as an Account Manager, managing teams, implementing systems, and supporting clients. At UCS Solutions, they served as a Management Consultant, overseeing in-store and payment services, program management, and solution architecture. Stasha'srole also included strategy development and resourcing. Most recently, Stasha joined Massmart, initially as a Senior Solutions Architect and eventually becoming the Vice President of Group Digital Payments. In their VP role, they are responsible for leading digital payment initiatives and has achieved significant sales growth through the design and implementation of financial services architecture.
