Melissa Glynn

Melissa Glynn possesses extensive experience in fraud operations and regulatory risk management, currently serving as the Head of Fraud Operations and Controls at MassMutual since April 2006. Over the years at MassMutual, Melissa has held various key roles, including Head of Fraud Strategy and Prevention, Director of Fraud Prevention, and Director of Regulatory Risk & Controls and Financial Controls. Prior to MassMutual, Melissa worked as a Senior Accountant at Liberty Mutual and as a Staff Consultant at Ernst & Young. Melissa holds a degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where studies were completed between 1999 and 2003.
