Tanmay Gupta

Tanmay Gupta currently serves as the Head of Competitive & Market Intelligence at MassMutual, a position held since November 2018, where responsibilities include leading an enterprise-level competitive intelligence research agenda and collaborating closely with senior management on market trends and M&A transactions. Prior to MassMutual, Tanmay worked at Morgan Stanley as a Market Insights Lead, focusing on life insurance and annuities, and held roles at Macquarie Group as a Senior Associate Analyst and MetLife as an Actuarial Associate. Early career experience includes an actuarial internship at MIB Solutions, Inc., and a position as an Associate Systems Engineer at IBM. Tanmay holds a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
