Alice Yuan

Alice Yuan is a Partner at Massumi + Consoli LLP since April 2019. Prior to that, Alice held various legal positions at j2 Global from March 2016 to March 2019, including VP Corporate Development of Cloud Services, Assistant General Counsel & Senior Director, Legal, and Assistant General Counsel & Director, Legal. Alice also worked at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2008 to February 2016, where Alice started as an Associate and later became a Partner. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Harvard University and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School.
