Anil Chamoli

Anil Chamoli has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Anil began their career as a Teacher at A.TECH Institute, where they taught C, C++, and basic computer applications from April 2009 to March 2010.

Anil then worked as an SSC-CGL Coaching Teacher at the Institute of Competitive Examination Training from April 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they taught Verbal and Reading Comprehension sections to students preparing for CAT/CLAT/BANK/SSC exams and Legal Reasoning and Legal Aptitude to CLAT aspirants.

From June 2016 to January 2018, Anil worked as a Technical Recruiter at BSL Consulting LLC. Anil performed end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting technical interviews, negotiating compensation packages, and coordinating paperwork.

At Artech Information Systems, Anil held two roles. First, from January 2018 to March 2019, they worked as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on recruitment for direct clients such as Accenture, Infosys, and IBM. Then, from April 2019 to August 2020, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting profiles and scheduling interviews.

Currently, Anil is working at Mastech Digital as a Team Lead (Recruitment & Sales) since October 2021. Their responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing recruiters, working closely with the US immigration team, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for consultants.

Anil Chamoli completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade from Army School Raiwala in the field of Science from 2001 to 2012. Anil also completed high school from Army School Raiwala, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social Science, and Computer Science from 2001 to 2010.

Anil Chamoli also has various certifications including Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn in 2023, and AMCAT certifications in multiple areas of software development, sales, customer service, and data processing from 2014 to 2016.
