Lowell Knighton

Lowell Knighton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lowell currently holds the position of Vice President Customer Experience at Mastech InfoTrellis, where they are responsible for reviewing and predicting customer dynamics. Prior to this, they worked as a Practice Director - CX Customer Experience at Tharseo IT, transforming customer experiences in both private and public sectors. Lowell also served as Senior Vice President Business Development and Solutions at Helix Business Solutions, where they were responsible for business units, teams, and solutions. Lowell has extensive experience in technical architecture, solutions, and sales. Lowell has also held positions at Oracle as Director of Alliances and at RightNow as Director of Alliances. Lowell founded Solid Ground Technologies and worked as the Director of IT at Convergys.

Lowell Knighton obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT Management from Brigham Young University, completing their education between 1983 and 1989.
