Dewald Roux currently serves as the Group SHEQ Manager at Master Drilling (Pty) Ltd since September 2015, bringing extensive experience in safety, health, environment, and quality management to the role. Prior to this position, Dewald Roux was a Training and Development Practitioner at ArcelorMittal from September 2010 to September 2015, where skills in employee training and development were honed. Dewald Roux holds a Bachelor's degree in Disaster and Safety Management from Lyceum, obtained between January 2019 and May 2021.
