Jackie Ji Heon Shin has worked in the graphic design industry since 2011. Starting as an Artist Assistant for Hong Kong Living British Artist: Simon Birch, they then worked as a Summer Intern for Christie's in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Graphic Design Intern for the Chicago Sun-Times, a Graphic Designer for Social Quarters, and a Graphic Design and Marketing Intern for OutStreet. In 2016, they were an Assistant Art Director for ADK and a Freelance Graphic Designer for Soul Art Shop. From 2017-2019, they were a Graphic Design Intern for Bucketfeet, a Packaging & Digital Designer for Enchante Accessories, and a Graphic Designer for Master & Dynamic.

Jackie Ji Heon Shin attended the Chinese International School, Hong Kong from 2003 to 2013 and obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Jackie Ji Heon then attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with an Emphasis on Visual Communication in Design and Visual Communications, General. In November 2014, they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification.
