Ken Sibila is a seasoned fleet services professional with extensive experience in maintenance solutions and operational management. After retiring in September 2013, Ken Sibila continued to provide fleet maintenance solutions through Master Fleet LLC. As the Director of Maintenance for Fleetmaster Express in Roanoke, VA, Ken Sibila oversees maintenance operations. Previously, Ken Sibila spent over two decades at Schneider National, holding titles including Regional Driver Services Manager, Maintenance Support Manager, Shop Manager, and Maintenance Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing budgets, supervising staff, and enhancing maintenance processes. Educational background includes training from the Covey Institute and graduation from Northwest High School.
