Oleksii Minakov

Oleksii Minakov has over eight years of work experience. In 2012, they began their career as a Trainee at Bosch Ukraine. In 2013, they moved to Philip Morris International in a similar role. In 2014, they worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at both New Strategies Group and Branson Digital. From 2015 to 2019, they were the Communications Manager at the People's Project. Since 2019, they have been the PR & Communications Manager at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, where they are responsible for the implementation of the communications strategy to increase public support for “State in a Smartphone” program, manage the content of the Ministry website and social media presence, provide stories about the Ministry projects, draft talking points for Ministry speakers, organize and support workshops, trainings, and events, and provide crisis communication strategies. Oleksii is currently the PR Manager at Master Of Code Global.

Oleksii Minakov obtained a Master's degree in Project Management and Consulting from Vadim Hetman Kyiv National Economic University in 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Economics from the same university in 2012.
