Olga Grom

Olga Grom has held various positions in the tech industry since 2014. Olga began as a Project Manager at Mobindustry Corp. and then worked as a Project Manager at Terminal D in 2015. That same year, they also took on roles as a Product Manager at PeakATrip, Emgard & Blomqvist, and Freelance. Additionally, they were a Project Coordinator at Open Metering AB, where they managed the development process of the application and prepared technical documentation and marketing materials. In 2017, they became a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Redwerk. From 2018 to 2022, they were a General Manager and Senior Project Manager at Master Of Code Global, working in the conversational department building AI powered solutions. Most recently, they have been a Course Instructor and Author at IAMPM and a Mentor at Ментор в тилу.

Olga Grom completed a Master of English Philology from Dnipropetrovsk National University between 2002 and 2007. Olga then obtained a UX Designer training certification from Igor Jazov in September 2015 and an IELTS certification from British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge English Language Assessment in March 2015. In 2016, they completed an Introduction to Software Product Management Coursera Course Certificate and began a UX Design program at The Interaction Design Foundation, which they are still currently enrolled in. In March 2019, they obtained a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In September 2021, they obtained an International Coach Program certification from CoachingUP University, and in January 2023, they obtained an Artificial Intelligence Concepts certification from IBM.
