Chris Knott

Chris Knott has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chris'smost recent role is as Business Development Manager at Master Power Transmission, Inc. starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Brewing Technology Specialist at Quality Tank Solutions, LLC from July 2021 to December 2021. Chris also served as a Blending Specialist at Blue Marble Productions, Inc. & Blue Marble Cocktails, Inc. in early 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Chris held the position of Director of Brewing Operations at Flix Entertainment | Flix Brewhouse | Cinema Breweries. In this role, they were responsible for building brewery spaces for seven new store openings and working with contractors to develop MEP plans and layouts.

In 2014, Chris worked as the Head Brewer at Scarlet Lane Brewing Company, where they managed all aspects of production and was awarded three medals at the 2014 Indiana Brewers' Cup. Prior to that, they served as the Head Brewer at Ram Restaurant & Brewery from 2010 to 2013, overseeing the brewing process and contributing to a 20% increase in beer sales.

Chris also has experience in engineering roles. Chris worked as a Contract Process Engineer at Faurecia in 2010, driving process improvement projects and addressing quality issues. Before that, they served as a Manufacturing Engineer at Baldor Electric from 2006 to 2009, achieving significant cost savings and implementing process improvements.

Earlier in their career, Chris worked as a Design Engineer at Butler International, completing important modeling projects for Sikorsky Aircraft. Chris also served as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Rockwell Automation, where they completed ISO Standard Work Instructions and facilitated LEAN manufacturing projects.

Chris Knott attended Purdue University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
