Julie Hess has extensive experience in human resources and event planning. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Master Spas since February 2013, Julie has held various positions within the company, including Human Resources Director and Office & Compensation Manager. In addition to this role, Julie is actively involved with the Northeast Indiana Human Resources Association as Programs & Hospitality Director and President-Elect since January 2022. Prior to joining Master Spas, Julie owned Classic City Events from January 2011 to September 2018, successfully managing weddings and events, and worked as Event Director at Lakewood Park Christian School from August 1999 to June 2013, where event planning and fundraising were key responsibilities. Julie also gained foundational experience in staffing and customer service training as Staff Coordinator at Infotel Distributing from September 1991 to August 1997.
