Arian Chien

Arian Chien has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Senior Director at Universal Scientific Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. since October 2011, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries including Taiwan, China, Japan, the US, Mexico, and Poland. Previous roles include HR Director responsible for various site HR functions and HR Associate Director leading HR and employee welfare initiatives in Taiwan and China. Arian Chien has also held managerial positions at Quanta Computer Inc. and USI, where significant leadership over global HR functions and reorganization efforts was demonstrated. Arian Chien holds an HR degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, an MBA from National Chi Nan University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from National Cheng Kung University.
