Cindy Chastain is currently the SVP of Global Customer Experience & Design at Mastercard. Cindy has previous experience working as an Executive Creative Director, Business Transformation at R/GA, Adjunct Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology - State University of New York, Creative Director of Experience Design at RAPP, and Director of User Experience at Canvas.

Chastain's focus has always been on building relationships with clients and helping them to change and grow through digital means. Most recently, they led the creation of a digital ecosystem strategy for Volvo that touched upon marketing, sales, service, and connected car innovations. The strategic recommendation they provided involved priorities in digital as well as governance, technology, and internal process requirements.

Before their work in business transformation, Chastain was a Creative Director of Experience Design and a Director of User Experience. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing the design teams and making sure that the user experience was up to par. Cindy has also taught interaction design to first-year undergraduate students at the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Cindy Chastain is a highly experienced professional with a passion for helping others change and grow through digital means. Cindy is an excellent leader and strategist, and has a proven track record in both business transformation and user experience design.

Cindy Chastain has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University and a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from Columbia University in the City of New York.
